Gemma approached ID Creations to design a logo and website for her new business.

ID Creations created a WordPress website with a built in content management system making it easy for the client to regularly update. Additional functionality was integrated into the site to allow effective visual appeal such as the mini slideshow gallery on the homepage. A photo gallery was introduced to allow the client to add images of the children and their activities at Playdays.

About Joseph Hayton – Stone Carver & Sculptor
Joseph Hayton trained at York College as a Stonemason before turning exclusively to carving and sculpture.

Using age-old traditional methods and techniques Joe produces hand carved stonework in a range of materials including, Limestone, Slate, York Stone as well as Marble.

His workshop and gallery are based in Pateley Bridge, North Yorkshire and are open to the public most days including weekends.

Creative
ID Creations was comissioned by Joseph Hayton to design a leaflet which introduces Joe and his specialist works. A logo was created from a photograph that Joe had taken of his unique engraved lettering and a layout was designed based upon the supplied imagery and text. The colour scheme used in the leaflet design compliments the golds, bronzes and stone used within the imagery. All the images featured in the leaflet are of Joes’ original work.

About You Frame
You Frame® is one of Europe’s largest print production facilities who manufacture a range of solutions related to the photo to canvas market.

Products include photo to canvas print at home kits and large format photo canvas kits.

Creative
After previously working with You Frame® ID Creations was commissioned to design a range of packaging for a new product to be launched into the consumer market. The design required the graphics to work across 3 different sized packs within the range.

The Photo to Canvas Voucher Kit makes the perfect gift as it possible to buy now and create the canvas later, allowing time to find a suitable photograph. The voucher kit contains the complete self-assemble frame, instructions and a canvas voucher.

About Pied Piper Pre-School
The Pied Piper Pre-School provides a safe and happy environment where children and parents learn together through play. Children have the opportunity to experience a wide range of activities in a child centred environment.

Creative
The Pre-School required an outdoor PVC banner to advertise availability for their morning sessions. From given dimensions and existing logo, ID Creations designed a banner to grab attention and to reflect the creative, happy environment that the Pre-school provides.

The banner was digitally printed on 440gsm PVC and included hems and eyelets as standard. Turnaround and production of the banner is fast and of high quality.

Today ID Creations have launched their new company website, showcasing creative work such as brand identity, brochures, packaging and websites.

The independent company is run by freelance graphic designer, Nichola Jackson, who brings to the company over 10 years of creative professional experience and a De Montfort University degree in graphic design.

Nichola’s previous role was Design and Marketing Specialist at MetalFX Technology, a company that created and supported a 5 colour metallic printing technique. It was whilst working at MetalFX that Nichola was able to develop her pre-press technical skills and create imaginative metallic print effects.

Since the inception of ID Creations, Nichola has worked with a multitude of local and international clients on a variety of design projects from logo design to packaging to website design.

Talking about the new website Nichola explained “The launch of the new site reflects our service offering better and allows us to display our portfolio more effectively which ultimately shows off our work. The company ethos is that no job is too large or too small, the same amount of creative energy goes into a project, whether it is for a small start up business or an internationally recognised company.”

A logo was created for the new business. The aim was to reflect a youthful yet professional company offering successful candidates with the necessary skills to work in the bar tending industry. The logo was designed to be also used as a badge.

Mapad is a newly established company that create and produce city centre tourists maps with advertsing space for local companies.
